Every Smart Video result is an editable local project. Continue in the same Codex conversation to preserve the project context, or ask Codex to open a specific existing project.

Edit by conversation

Ask for a focused change and state what must remain unchanged.
Smart Video keeps completed generation checkpoints and approved motion-graphic scenes. It does not automatically repeat paid JoggAI work when a local downstream file can be rebuilt.

Edit in the Studio

Use the local editor to adjust the timeline directly, including:
  • Clip order and duration
  • Narration, captions, and caption styling
  • B-roll selection, crop, and audio state
  • Avatar placement and framing
  • Motion graphics, charts, and overlays
  • Background music and volume
B-roll starts muted by default. Turn on a clip’s source audio in the editor only when it is useful to the story.

Render the MP4

After review, ask Codex to render the current project:
The renderer uses the locally managed SmartVideo runtime. No developer checkout or separate renderer path is required. Codex returns the local output path when rendering completes.
Opening the editor and exporting are separate checks. The editor may open an incomplete project for repair, but rendering will stop if required audio, video, or motion-graphic assets are still missing.
